Hi I’m Suresh, I spent the last eleven years as Equipment & HSE Trainer DP World witch was one of the leading company in the world, where I successfully develop the equipment, operational and safety training materials including the standard operations procedures by following the DP World international policies, procedures and global standards according to the operational and safety training requirements within a timeframe. I graduated with a Diploma in National Environmental and International Health and Safety from one of the leading School of Environmental, Health and Safety at Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In my new role as a Director in ITAC Safety I will be responsible for evaluating the training programs and training methods to ensure continuous quality assurance. Evaluating the performance of trainers and Engineers for Productivity; the quality of training and inspection delivered, the capacity or efficiency in delivering the assigned tasks, for Creativity; the extent to which trainers andinspection engineers has made improvements, for Quality of Work, Human Relations; for Time Management, Attendance and Punctuality; available training room before time.
Ensure alignment of Safety and Health Policies and Course contents to the current Occupational Legislation and requirements. Arrange, schedule and coordinate all training and inspection activities and ensure reports are submitted on a day to day basis.
Our achievements from 2016 to 2019 in ITAC Safety that ITAC has been accredited by KHDA, DM, DCAS, Trakhees, IOSH, NEBOSH, HABC, Medic First Aid for the Training Department. ITAC has been accredited by DM / EIAC for lifting equipment and Lifting accessories for the Inspection department. ITAC has got the partners agreement for the lead auditor courses and ISO certification process.
